Authors are invited to submit a one-page abstract of no less than 250 words in English.

   (3)  Affiliation(s)
   (4)  Position /Job title
   (5)  E-mail address of each author
   (6)  Complete mailing address of each author
   (7)  Corresponding author
   (8)  Topic number(s)
   (9)  Preference of oral or interactive presentation
   (10) Intention of submitting a full paper to the special issue of IEEE J-STARS
