Presenting authors must register by Feb. 25, 2009  

Registration

Each presenting author must pre-register and pay the non-refundable registration fee by Feb. 25, 2009. Each presenting author is limited to no more than two papers.

Before Feb. 25, 2009, the early registration fee is US$250 for regular participants and US$150 for students with a valid identification.

After Feb. 25, 2009, the late registration fee is US$300 for regular participants and US$200 for students.

Abstracts must be submitted via email to LandEnergyBudget@yahoo.com as an attachment. Only presentations with the pre-registration will be scheduled in the final program. The registration fee will cover all the lunches and dinners (including one banquet) for three days, and the evening cultural shows.
