The ‘IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing' (JSTARS) is a new quarterly publication jointly sponsored by the IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society (GRSS) and the IEEE Committee on Earth Observations (ICEO).
Please indicate in the abstract submission whether you are interested in submitting a paper to this special issue. If the number of papers is too large, we may have to consider more peer-review publications.
The deadline for submitting the full paper through the Manuscript Central site (http://mc.manuscriptcentral. com/tgrs) is July 1, 2009.
For those who intend to submit a full paper to the special issue, please send the title, author and abstract or outline to Dr. Shunlin Liang before April 15, 2009.
National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) will provide the financial support to cover the expenses of this special issue publication.
